Get the product you need
 
You have more than one option to help you find exactly what you are looking for. 
  1. If you know the exact product you need – use our search box to search by product name.
  2. If you know what you need, e.g. a wormer, but you want to compare some options – browse products listed in the category wormer. 
  3. Want to filter these results? You can filter at any stage by animal, active ingredient, care/disease or application method. This allows you to customise your search to show you the best results for you. 

 

Your Shopping Basket
 
Once you have found what you are looking for you can add the products to your basket. You will see the basket icon on the top right at all times while browsing the store and the number of items in your basket will be displayed. 
 
You can view your basket at any stage by clicking the basket icon.  This will bring you to your basket where you will find a summary of your order. 
 
Here you can:
  • Change quantities 
  • Remove products 
  • Apply coupon codes 
On the right hand side you will see a breakdown of your order including a VAT estimation. Total payment is the amount which will be charged to your card or credit facility. Once you are happy with your order you can proceed to check out.
 
Check out and payment
 
Once you have everything you want you’re ready to check out.
  1. You can check out as a guest at any stage – there is no need to register. Just enter the delivery details and pay by card. 
  2. You can register with us – this means when you check out in future we will already know where to send your order and how you want to pay. 
  3. If you have a Glanbia Credit Facility you can link this to your web account. This means your Glanbia Credit Facility will be available to you as a method of payment once your accounts have been linked.

 

Delivery
 
Once you have completed your order, you will receive an email confirming your purchase.  You’ll get another email once the product has been dispatched. This email contains a tracking code and instructions on how to track your order. 
 
We will always try to get your order to you as quickly as we can. All orders placed before 1200hrs will be shipped for next day delivery. All orders placed after 12:00hrs are processed on the next working day after the order has been placed, and you should receive your order within 2 - 3 working days. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays. 
 
How to link your accounts
 
As part of the online registration, you can choose to link your accounts. You will need to have your Glanbia Trading Account number to do this - you will find this on your Glanbia Statement.  
  1. One of our customer service agents will contact you on the number you provide at registration just to confirm you want to link your Glanbia Credit Facility and your web account.  
  2. Once your accounts have been linked, we will send you an email to confirm this. From then on, you will have the option to pay with your credit facility when you check out.
  3. If you registered without linking your accounts you can call our customer services team at [email protected] at any stage to arrange this. 
 
Processing
