Polytape is made from woven strands of non-conductive polyethylene. The woven tape is available in 12mm and contains conductive mixed metal threads that transmit voltage along a fence perimeter. The metal threads are made of 6 stainless steel and light metal wires. 4 thick stainless-steel wires and 1 light metal wire provide excellent conductivity to make it a very effective fence. Very easy to see, this tape has high visibility and is ideal for shorter portable fences and semi-permanent horse fences. Very wide and a ultra-white colour it is also used for making electric tape gates. Made from hard wearing UV resistant materials it is durable, strong and long lasting. Very suitable for horses, cattle and short term portable fencing. Always wear gloves when you are handling the tape. It is easy to control, very flexible and has a variety of uses. Designed with the animals vision in mind, it is easy to see and can carry a current strong enough to ensure they will not touch the tape again.
