A series of ten Glanbia Regional Information Meetings will take place across the Glanbia catchment area from 27 April 2017.
The Board of Glanbia Co-operative Society has recently announced a series of proposals, including the formation of Glanbia Ireland, a strategic joint venture with Glanbia plc encompassing Glanbia Ingredients Ireland, Consumer Products & Agribusiness. Glanbia Co-op also proposes a €100m* ‘spin-out’ of Glanbia plc shares to members and the creation of a €40m Member Support Fund.
