Glanbia Co-Op Announces Chairman Retirement

Glanbia Co-operative Society Limited plc, ('Glanbia Co-op), today announces that Mr. Martin Keane will step down as Chairman with effect from 8th October 2020. Martin will remain on the Board of Glanbia Co-op until his normal retirement at the 2021 AGM.

Glanbia Co-op will appoint a successor to Martin as Chairman on 8th October 2020.
