Facemasks and protocols in place in Agri Branches

All

Glanbia Ireland’s Agribusiness Branches have strict protocols in place to protect vital services for our farming community and loyal customers.

All customers entering branches are asked to wear a facemask and follow all guidelines, including social distancing, in place on the shop floor.

Staff are all adhering to a strict set of protocols in line with health advice as part of the national effort to safeguard against Coronavirus (Covid-19).

In addition to our branches being open for customers to enter we have maintained a ‘call and collect’ measure as an extra service at our branches.

The additional ‘call and collect’ service will operate as follows:

* Please phone your branch in advance by phone

* Payment will be taken on account or processed over the phone.

* Customers will be given an allotted timeslot for their collection.

* Store staff will bring the goods to the car / trailer or a dedicated point in the store yard.

* Please roll down window, confirm identity and order number.

* Customer should stay in vehicle until staff have left the pick-up point area.

Grain Harvest

We have a protocol in place to help safeguard our staff and our suppliers as they deliver grain into our harvest intake points in the coming days and weeks.

We are asking all suppliers to join the queue at the weighbridge or the sampling point and to please remain in their vehicle. It is important that grain suppliers only exit their vehicle when signalled to do so by the grain intake operator.

In line with recent Government advisories, please also wear a facemask when exiting vehicles to make deliveries at our grain intake facilities.

It is vitally important that everyone follows our procedures to allow us continue to provide essential products to our customers.

Glanbia Ireland appreciates your continued patience and would like to thank you for working with our teams.
