Precise Application of Fertilisers Workshop

Teagasc and the Fertiliser Association of Ireland will host a workshop on the Precise Application of Fertilisers at Teagasc, Moorepark Research Centre.

Starting at 2pm, there will be presentations on fertiliser planning for contractors and fertiliser spreader technology.

Four workshops will be run to demonstrate the correct set up of fertiliser spreaders to deliver the correct rate accurately and touch on the following topics:

• Lime & Fertiliser Planning
• Fertiliser Spreader Technology
• Fertiliser Spreader Set up & Calibration
• Fertiliser Spreader Tray Testing & Set up
• Fertiliser Types & challenges
• Modern Fertiliser Spreader Technologies (Auto Steer/GPS/NDVI etc...)

This is a free event, however pre-registration is essential.
