CO-OP AGM 2021

Co-op Members will have received notice in the post of the AGM due to take place on Wednesday, June 2nd at 11am sharp.

The Board of Directors (the "Board") has been closely monitoring the evolving Coronavirus ("COVID-19") situation. Due to the on-going restrictions on public gatherings it will not be possible for shareholders to attend this year's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of Glanbia Co-operative Society Limited (the "Society") in person. In the circumstances the Board has resolved that the AGM will be conducted using a managed audio conference facility

The holding of the AGM by managed audio conference facility was permitted following the introduction of legislation which makes it possible to proceed with the AGM in compliance with the Government restrictions.

Any Co-op Member that wishes to attend and participate must complete the form sent by post – ‘Confirmation of intention to attend the 2021 Annual General Meeting of Glanbia Co-operative Society Limited’ - and return the form in the enclosed prepaid envelope.

The form must be received at Glanbia Co-op Society Limited, Main Street, Dungarvan, Co. Waterford by no later than 5pm on Monday 24 May 2021. There is also further information contained in the documents sent by post.

Further details regarding access to the managed audio conference facility and the conduct of the AGM are set out in the enclosed “2021 Annual General Meeting Process”. Both documents should be considered part of the notice of the AGM.
